BREAKFAST OF A CHAMPION
Ever since I entered the Instagram world of “foodies”, not a single day has passed without seeing photos of chia pudding. The varieties are infinite and so appealing that I decided that I had to try my own. It did not take long for me to understand why these are so popular ... they are so easy to make and so simple! Undoubtedly you can do it blind. Mine is small and basic but I intend on making many more for breakfast.
BREAKFAST CHIA PUDING
Total time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 cup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons soy milk
- handful oats (optional)
- handful berries and fruits
In a cup or bowl, mix the soy milk and chia seeds. The quantity of soy milk should be double than that of the chia seeds. In any case, refrigerate the mix overnight.
In the morning, take the pudding out of the refrigerator and cut your fruit into bite size chunks. Decorate your pudding with fruits and oats however you wish.
