Who said popsicles are only for the summer? Definitely not me! It’s been a busy week. I even dreamed about the beach last night. I had some extra chocolate and 20 minutes to kill, so I made a light snack.
CHOCOLATE COVERED BANANA POPSICLES
Total time: 20 minutes
Makes: 4 popsicles
- 2 bananas
- 50 grams chocolate
- 50 grams brown sugar
Peel and cut the bananas into halves. Insert a stick vertically into each banana.
In a pot, heat up the chocolate and sugar. Mix often and use low heat. When well mixed, turn off the heat and dip each banana into the chocolate mix. Place the bananas on parchment paper and decorate if you wish. Freeze the popsicles for 30 minutes before eating.
